I have attached a photo of a plant I saw in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on October 25th, 2010. It's a tall bush and has pods with reddish berries covered by whitish skin. If anyone recognizes it and can tell me the name, that would be great. Thanks!

The genus is Euonymus. Was this in a cultivated setting?

Hi Daniel (sorry, I had written David, by mistake). Thank you for your prompt reply. Yes, this was in someone's front garden which is north facing.

I'd expect this to be E. fortunei.
