Is this a Hypochaeris sp.

    This tiny plant was found growing in a deciduous wood. Unfortunately, when I come across these plants there are never any seeds or pappus!

    Flowers remind me more of Bidens....

    Bidens should have discoid flowers, this one does not.

    Check also Hieracium. Most of them have hairy stems and phyllaries.
