This tree is in bed 56; next to the bookstore, and across from the restaurant. Unable to find any matches. Thank you for any help.

I have been photographing this tree for a good few years now. It's Rollinia mucosa, closely allied to custard-apples

Thank you Tony for being my personal RBG-Syd person! One of the horticulturists thought Custard Apple. Info really appreciated. So the three-winged structure is the flower?
