Hopefully a member might recognise this plant. I think it is Brassicaceae- Arabis sp.? The leaves are extremely small in this speciment. We are talking of 6mm in length by a couple of mm in width. As there isn't a base rosette, I have excluded Arabis collina.
The leaf texture is different from Arabis collina. Compare, for example, with these: http://luirig.altervista.org/naturaitaliana/viewpics.php?title=Arabis+collina+subsp.+rosea Arabis collina as most of the Arabis species has forked hairs on the leaves (an important feature for identification of many Brassicaceae species). This one shows only simple hairs. The leaf shape, though, is quite similar with Arabis collina.
Thanks Andrey, I photographed this plant two or three years without ever being able to identify it. It certainly has the appearance of collina but the leaves are extremely small and the stem very thin when considering the height of the plant.
I forgot to mention the rosette of leaves. Upon reflection the sp. cannot be collina because there isn't a rosette of leaves at the base of them. I didn,t take in consideration the lack of a base rosette. Now back to square one!
