Our tree has given us an abundance of apples for 15 years.
This year there are no apples.
Any ideas as to what may have happened?

Your tree is probably having it's off-year, what is normal. Another possibility is that late frost destroyed flowers or developing fruit earlier in spring.

Some other things to think about....did it get cold enough last winter? What are you using as a cross pollinator? Has the neighborhood lost a tree?

Did you prune? What type of apple tree is it?

Was it a really wet spring? Are you having problems with bees in Edmonton?
