   We have had abundant rain for the last 20 days... Our cherry tree flourished with new growth and leaves...the rain stops, the sun comes out...the leaves turn yellow, wilt, and become brittle...
   Is it dying or what???

   May be root rot due to too much water for too long period of time. What kind of soil do you have?
