This berry was growing on stringy vegetation in the shade of some tall raspberry bushes in a domestic garden. There were about 10 berries in the area. The berry had much juice when squeezed. There was no discernable taste to my leather tongue. At first I thought it was a thimble berry that one ses in BC periodically, but it was not on a tall plant. Apparently a few grow up every year in this particular garden. The vegetation is almost vine-like, and rich green, and healthy. A name would be appreciated.
