Identification: Unknown Plant

    Can anyone id this plant, photo was taken in the Bighorn Nation Forest, Cloud Peak Wilderness area, in wyoming. (center of photo)

    Nope, that has flatter umbels.

    Maybe a species of Angelica or Ligusticum? A pic of the leaves would help.

    Yes, with that appearance as well as being located up in the mountains it would be one of those others (Angelica would be my first guess). Note also that local lowlands contain native cow parsnip, not all large coarse carrot family plants are the noxious weed - and supposed to be killed.
