I have 8 spruces I would like to move. They are about 2 feet high now. Originally they were little potted trees used for xmas decorations at my cousin's workplace and were thrown out after the holidays. I think that was about 3 years ago. Is it too late to transplant them? If not, what would be the best way to do it?

Not a good time to do it now. Wait until the weather gets cool at the end of summer.

Well. I have an experience, to replant White and Norway spruces, in different times of the year. So far, all are doing wery good.
