I have little green seedlings coming up that look just like grass, in the same garden as where I grew allium christophii last year. Is this what allium seedlings look like? If they are allium seedlings, how many years would it take for them to bloom?

Yes, they look like grass. The primary difference being that grass seedlings have flat leaves and the alliums have more 'substance' to them. Could be round, oval, but rarely flat. Most bulb seedlings look like that regardless of species or genera. Years to bloom can vary but for A. christophii, maybe 4 years?
