what to do with wine grapes, other than make wine.

    we planted wine grapes, thinking we were going to make grape wine jelly and grape wine vinegar...but we didn't think we had to make it into wine first...so if you have any suggestions, or reciepe's.....PLEASE HELP.. thanks

    Wash and dry them first and spread them out on a tray and freeze them. Keep the whole berrys in a freezer bag and add to champers on a romantic evening or when friends are over on a hot night add to the white wine to add to the fun. Try just making a jelly with them, Welches jelly makes their brand from concord grapes. Try canning fruit cocktail. Add to your turkey or chicken stuffing.
    Use your imagination, great food starts with that
