I've recently planted a Globe Blue Spruce on our lawn. After about 2 weeks, several nodes have started to turn dry and brown. It's been very dry, hot and humid the last three weeks. So I've watered the plant every 2 days, daily the first week. Can someone guide me as to the proper care and maintenance for Newly planted Globe Blue Spruce. I've done some Googling and can't find any decent Info....

    What am I doing wrong???

    TIA

Spruces are susceptible to aphids and mites, maybe you have some of these. Your description isn't detailed enough to tell what kind of syndrome you have on your plant. Put up more informaton here and/or search with phrases like "colorado spruce pests" or "diseases colorado spruce" (or even just "spruce") rather than by name of your particular variety (Picea punguns 'Glauca Globosa').
