Course Details Don’t miss this opportunity to stretch, tone and relax your body all within the beautiful setting of a garden. Yoga in the Garden will allow you to create space within the mind and to let go and connect with the self — while appreciating nature's beauty. Classes will consist of a 60 minute Hatha yoga session including a short meditation, a series of gracefully flowing poses and ending with Shavasana and short closing meditation. Beginners are welcome and modifications will be provided.

Instructor Tracey McAfee, Hatha Yoga Instructor, has had an on and off love affair with yoga for many years but finally committed about 5 years ago. At that time, she was inspired to get Hatha Yoga certification and discovered that yoga is a neverending journey of self, choice and health. She began a daily home practice and slowly found the inner peace she was searching for. Teaching became another part of the journey and she enjoys sharing her love of yoga with those who are on their own quest.
