9:30 AM - registration opens (Garden Pavilion - UBC Botanical Garden, 6804 SW Marine Drive). Audio-visual check-in at the Botanical Garden Administration Building.

10:00 AM - Coffee served (Venue: Garden Pavilion)
Optional Tour 1 - Botanical Garden (Coordinators: David Tarrant, Judy Newton)
Tours are ca. 60 minutes, covering exhibition and botanical collections (maximum 20 delegates for each tour). Delegates are also welcome to explore the gardens in self-guided tours.
